Description: A York Evening Press photo showing Adam (Kenneth Parsons) and Eve (Jane Southern) surrounded by Angels, who include Judi Dench (Angel of the Resurrection).  At this point audience members were told not to take photographs - and most people did not have a camera.  So the available photographs are largely rehearsal ones or posed photos like this.  A good number were taken by local portrait photographer Will Acton and made into postcards for sale, all black and white.
