Recordings of an interview with veteran local reporter John Scott, conducted by Delma Tomlin, Director of the National Centre for Early Music, in 2002. Is available as audio and transcript (here). John Scott was a reporter for the Yorkshire Post for many years and was able to compare many productions. He was also an author and a parish Councillor in Strensall, for which service he received the BEM in 2013.. He died in June 2023.
